Kevin Richardson is currently the Director of User Experience at Infragistics in Cranbury, NJ. He has been working as a user experience professional for 25 years. With a PhD in Cognitive Psychology, he has experience across business verticals in the fields of research, evaluation, design and management of innovative, user-centered solutions. As an advocate for the practical application of Design, Kevin is a hands-on practitioner and evangelist for design process.

Tracy Kroop

Tracy Kroop is the Director of User Experience at Dell Boomi. As a research-driven UX designer with roots in graphic design, she is constantly looking for ways to make things easier and more enjoyable to use.

Tracy is a Jersey native left with only traces of her accent, who now calls South Philly 'home'. She loves photography, street art, and the Philly food scene. She occasionally loves running.

Brian McElaney

For almost 20 years, Brian McElaney has lead user-focused software teams building anything from customized content management and ecommerce systems to medical device monitoring and foreign exchange trading platforms. He currently works as an Elixir developer at RevZilla Motorsports in Philadelphia, working on their proprietary in-house enterprise systems.

Mac (as his friends and coworkers know him) cooks competitively, pretends to like parades, and feels that brunch should be protected by law.

Becca Danna

Rebecca Danna is a deeply passionate UX Designer, Researcher and Strategist focused on applying Design Thinking and human centered design methodologies to solve complex business or user problems. She is often found evangelizing design as a strategic role and enforcing making research driven decisions. She enjoys educating other disciplines in how design can support their role, as well as how they can get involved in the design process.

Jim Ross

Jim has spent most of the 21st Century researching and designing intuitive and satisfying user experiences. As a UX consultant, he has created web sites, mobile apps, intranets, web applications, software, and business applications for financial, pharmaceutical, medical, entertainment, retail, technology, and government clients. He has a Masters of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University, is a frequent speaker at conferences, and is a prolific author for user experience magazines and blogs.

Jack Cole

As a designer, Jack has seen the good, bad, and ugly of the modern design field starting from its near infancy to the increasingly integrated facets of business and life that experience design inhabits today.

After working for several years within in-house design teams, he now works for Motivate Design where he helps drive those same companies to shift the way they think and operate to better service their customers and employees alike.

On the weekends, Jack is busy other leading teams to success: his daughters’ soccer and softball teams.

As a customer-focused engagement professional with client and agency experience, Ann is a relationship builder adept at working with clients to achieve their strategic goals. Currently working at Journey Sales in Villanova Pennsylvania, Ann works with experts in their fields to create an innovated sales solution in an emerging Account Based Sales industry. As the VP of Customer Success, Ann’s ability to quickly assess and support client organizations by redefining organizational structures, process and approach to doing business has led to her clients’ financial success.

Ann lives in Haverford, Pennsylvania with her husband, Tom, her daughters, Margaret and Claire, and her dogs, Emma and Chase.
